Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on cz77. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cz77 will treat any action performed using your login credentials as having been authorised by you.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.

All deposits and withdrawals on cz77 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cz77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options including Dutch-Bangla Bank (Rocket), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and selected other local payment partners may be available at cz77's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your cz77 wallet in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. cz77 does not charge any fee on deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. cz77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a method that has been pre-verified as belonging to you. cz77 reserves the right to process withdrawals in tranches if the requested amount exceeds single-transaction limits imposed by payment providers.

• cz77 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at cz77's discretion.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus, as detailed in Section 5.
• cz77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or accounts not verified as belonging to the registered player.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, cz77 may freeze and withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all cz77 promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated per promotion) before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game types (e.g., low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

cz77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus will be entitled to complete any active wagering requirements under the terms that applied at the time of activation, unless the modification is required by law or by a third-party game provider.

All sports bets placed on cz77 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the cz77 sportsbook. In the event of any conflict between this section and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. cz77 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including where odds were published in error.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds locked at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the bet slip. cz77 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific players or markets at its sole discretion.
• Live (in-play) betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed immediately before or after a key event (wicket, goal, penalty) may be voided if accepted during a suspension window caused by a system latency issue.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to your wallet unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cz77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
